What a book!!!! I love this book so very much. I haved picked up SEVERAL books in my life, the majority of which I never finished, this one was an exception. I could feel what Janie was feeling through out the entire dialog. She did as she was told as a young woman to figure out love.........then she realized it cant be taught or suggested uppon (love and happiness that is). Janie is the lucky one, she had an idea in her mind of what it all boiled down to and she went for it. I say she's the lucky one for obvious reason also because her mind never changed. She never waivered in her feelings or thoughts. How nice a feeling that must be. True love is meant to be AMAZING, but that's just something ADHD doesn't seem to fully allow.......atleast not like in this book. A love like Janie ans Tea Cake had is something like a fairy tale, and not just any fairy tale, oh no, this is the fairy tale in which we all want to be the main charcter.
In short, take your prescribed daily dosage of stimulants and grab the first copy of this book you can find. You will not be disappointed!
